The minimum Booking amount would be 30% of the total package cost or a minimum of Rs 10,000.
Booking payment should be done online directly on the payment Gateway of the website, Bank Account, Google Pay, Paytm, or phone pay.
The remaining 50% amount you have to pay after hotel confirmation.
The remaining amount should be paid 7 days before the tour starts.
Cancellation policy
Regardless of the reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of our suppliers will be charged plus the following charges.
The following will be charged on cancellation of a tour:
Cancellation before 30 days 10% cancellation charges.
Cancelled between 15-29 days 70% of the total cost.
Cancelled between 14 days or less & 50% of the total cost.
Cancelled within 7 days at 70% of the total cost.
Cancelled within 3 days 100% amount will be deducted.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, government rules), we shall first try to offer an alternative date or we will refund.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis, depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.

15-29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost
7-14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost
6 or fewer days before departure – 80% of tour cost
48 hours or fewer before departure – 100% of tour cost
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
